Wilderness Recognizes Ambassador Volunteers

The AMBASSADOR VOLUNTEERS are a group of special Wilderness skiers who wear bright yellow arm bands to encourage skiers who need directions, advice on the best trails. . . to approach them for help. These awesome volunteers are willing to take time out of their own ski day to help others!

Pictured below is Michelle Zagorski, who is guiding Allegheny College students and demonstrating the difference between traditional and skate skis! An Ambassador Volunteer, Michelle especially enjoys spending time assisting young families with children, even helping with tips on skiing techniques!

A special “Thank You” to all of our Wilderness Volunteers!
