We had light snow flurries all day and they are still falling as I write. The Lodge side trails including Swamp Fox, Roger’s Way, Central Avenue, Cow Lane and everything but the top of the Practice Field have been top dressed…meaning teeth down to chew up the hard stuff and mix it with a bit of the layer below. Make it granular with an overlay of new snow. Good skiing. No tracks set. Secret, Wild Cat, South Field are closed. You can get thru North Field where there is a small gap at the top of the incline, but the left side has held together around.
The Peak Trail, High Road, Exclamation are snow covered and got some attention today. They will need more work tomorrow morning. Same with the Loggin Road.
FYI. We just added several new sets of snowshoes in our rental department. The woods are beautiful.
