Saturday-another special day.

Overnight, we received about two inches of new snow and will be out grooming again. Considering the prediction of up to 9 inches, we are happy with this event. This week, we had several ‘start over’ days with considerable snow and a patch of rain. The base is deeper, more level and will last well into March given the long range forecast.

This is the season we have been hoping for…consistent snow, good temperatures, clear roads and many happy people sharing the natural beauty of this place. The positive feedback and comments from our skiers, some who have come 20-30 years and others who have ventured out for the first time, is heartwarming. There is something special here and we cannot describe it. Perhaps it is the endorphins kicking it, but we suspect not entirely.

Come Ski!
