Tue. Feb. 24th 10:00 am / 19 degrees / 8-10 inches of fresh powder in open areas and 3-6 inches in the woods. Some base held from last week and other areas ground is showing. no track. West side trails will be rolled and panned.

We had a great day yesterday..sunny skies, friend gathering (with social distancing) and good snow.
 
There was a little rain last night which tightened things up. We are expecting snow overnight, but do not like the forecast for Thursday-a rain snow mix. We are at altitude near the highest point in Erie County, with 1,000 feet of elevation over Lake Erie. It is colder here. The rain in Erie could be snow at the Lodge, and often is. We are in a holding pattern going forward.
