Tue. Feb. 24th 10:00 am / 19 degrees / 8-10 inches of fresh powder in open areas and 3-6 inches in the woods. Some base held from last week and other areas ground is showing. no track. West side trails will be rolled and panned.

More snow coming this week and into next week. If you enjoy cross country skiing, the season is not over.

Wilderness Lodge is now 70+ days of skiing and counting.

This season, we have seen people from Baltimore, Washington, Cincinnati, Michigan and Utah. While we are happy they found us, this weather is still crazy.

If you have the opportunity to see a the documentary “Saving Snow”, please do.

It is an excellent piece on the impact of climate change on the snow industry. In real terms, when people have to travel this far just to ski, it is bad for the future of the sport.
